Background
|
C-C or ∫ chemokine family members are characterized by a pair of adjacent
cysteine residues and serve as potent chemoattractants and activators of
monocytes and T cells. C-C chemokine receptor family members include CKR-1,
CKR-2A, CKR-2B, CKR-3, CKR-4, CKR-5, CKR-6, CKR-7, CKR-8, CKR-9, CKR-10 and
the Duffy blood group antigen. Each of these receptors are G protein-coupled,
seven pass transmembrane domain proteins whose major physiological role is to
function in the chemotaxis of T cells and phagocytic cells to areas of
inflammation. However, this receptor family has also been shown to facilitate
viral infection. CKR-7 (C-C chemokine receptor type 7), also known as CCR7,
CMKBR7, EBI1 or EVI1, is a 378 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that
belongs to the CC-chemokine receptor family. Expressed in activated B- and
T-lymphocytes, as well as in various lymphoid tissues, CKR-7 functions as a
receptor for MIP-3∫ and is thought to be involved in
mediating normal lymphocyte function.

保存条件:
CCR7 Rabbit
Monoclonal Antibody -20℃保存，Western一抗稀释液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。Western一抗稀释液优先推荐4℃保存，长期不使用可以考虑-20℃保存，但冻融可能会导致出现轻微的浑浊和少量不溶物。
注意事项:
如果本抗体用于Western blot (WB)、**荧光(IF)、**细胞化学(ICC)等实验，请注意回收使用过的稀释抗体。回收的抗体通常至少可以重复使用5-10次。稀释后的抗体，包括已经使用过的稀释抗体，请4℃保存。
回收后重复使用的抗体，使用方法同新鲜稀释的抗体。如果在重复使用过程中发现抗体出现轻微混浊现象，可以10,000g离心1-3分钟，取上清用于后续检测。如果回收的抗体出现明显的絮状物或长霉长菌等情况，则可以考虑废弃该抗体。
提供的Western一抗稀释液也可以用于**荧光(IF)、**组化(IHC)、**细胞化学(ICC)等适当用途。如果希望获得*佳的检测效果，请考虑使用上述检测专用的一抗稀释液。
