MYOZ抗体产品介绍：background: Myozenins may serve as intracellular binding proteins involved in linking Z-disk proteins such as alpha-actinin, gamma-filamin, TCAP/telethonin, LDB3/ZASP and localizing calcineurin signaling to the sarcomere. MYOZ (Myozenin 1) plays an important role in the modulation of calcineurin signaling. MYOZ1 may play a role in myofibrillogenesis. MYOZ1 interacts with ACTN2, ACTN3, FLNA, FLNB, FLNC, LDB3, PPP3CA and TCAP and interacts via its C-terminal region with MYOT. MYOZ1 is localized to the nucleus and pseudopodia of undifferentiated cells and detected throughout the myotubes of differentiated cells. MYOZ1 colocalizes with ACTN2, FLNC and MYOT at the Z-lines of skeletal muscle. MYOZ1 is expressed primarily in skeletal muscle and specifically enriched in the gastrocnemius, which is composed predominantly of fast-twitcMYOZ抗体h muscle fibers.
